Bimetallic cylinder liner for drilling pump, high chrome cast iron HRC 58-62, Ø146-178 mm, for EMSCO, Gardner Denver and National, custom manufacturing

Bimetallic cylinder liner is designed for the hydraulic part of drilling pumps operating under high pressure and in conditions of intensive abrasive wear. The working layer is made of high-chromium cast iron with a surface hardness of HRC 58-62 and is resistant to constant exposure to solid particles of drilling mud. The diameter range is Ø146–178 mm. The liners are suitable for EMSCO, Gardner Denver, and National drilling pumps. Manufacturing according to sample, drawing, equipment model, dimensions, and operating conditions is possible. The custom manufacturing time is 1–2 weeks.
