Piston assembly with polyurethane seal and 45 steel core for EMSCO, Gardner Denver and National drilling pumps, custom manufacturing

The assembled piston is designed for the hydraulic end of a drilling pump and operates in conjunction with the cylinder liner during reciprocating motion. The design combines a polyurethane sealing part and a durable core made of 45 steel. The polyurethane seal is designed for continuous exposure to drilling fluid and abrasive particles, while the steel core provides stable structural support. The piston is suitable for EMSCO F-500–F-1600 pumps, Gardner Denver PZ series, and National 7-P-50–12-P-160. Manufacturing according to a sample, drawing, equipment model, and operating conditions is possible. Custom manufacturing lead time is 1–2 weeks.
