Bimetallic cylinder liners are designed for the hydraulic end of drilling pumps operating under high pressure and intense abrasive wear conditions. The working layer is made of high-chromium cast iron with a surface hardness of HRC 58–62 and is resistant to constant exposure to solid particles in drilling mud. The diameter range is Ø146–178 mm. The liners are suitable for EMSCO, Gardner Denver, and National drilling pumps. Custom manufacturing is possible based on samples, drawings, equipment models, dimensions, and operating conditions. Custom manufacturing lead time is 1–2 weeks.
