Drilling pump valve spring made of alloy steel with increased fatigue strength for EMSCO, Gardner Denver, and National, custom manufacturing

The spring is installed in the valve assembly of the hydraulic end of a drilling pump and is constantly subjected to compression, recovery, and cyclic loads during operation. The product is made of alloy steel and is designed to reduce the risk of elasticity loss, deformation, and fatigue failure during long-term operation. The spring is suitable for EMSCO F-500–F-1600 pumps, Gardner Denver PZ series, and National 7-P-50–12-P-160. Manufacturing is possible based on an old spring, drawing, equipment model, dimensions, and operating conditions. Custom manufacturing time is 1–2 weeks.
