Drilling pump valve assembly made of 42CrMo steel with wear-resistant hardfacing for EMSCO, Gardner Denver, and National, custom manufacturing

The assembled valve is designed for the suction and discharge system of the hydraulic end of a drilling pump. The 42CrMo alloy steel base, combined with hardfacing of a wear-resistant alloy, ensures resistance to impact loads at high pressure and abrasive wear of working surfaces. The valve is suitable for EMSCO F-500–F-1600, Gardner Denver PZ series, and National 7-P-50–12-P-160 pumps. Manufacturing is possible based on an old part, drawing, equipment model, dimensions, and operating conditions.
