The polyurethane valve insert is installed in the drilling pump valve assembly and works together with the valve seat to ensure closure and sealing. The product is designed for conditions of frequent valve opening and closing, impact contact in the seating area, and abrasive action of drilling mud. Suitable for EMSCO F-500–F-1600, Gardner Denver PZ series, and National 7-P-50–12-P-160 pumps. Custom manufacturing is possible based on an old insert, drawing, valve model, dimensions, and operating conditions. Custom manufacturing lead time is 1–2 weeks.
